At PT hub, we keep things simple, smart, and focused. All our training is built on StrongFirst principles — that means we care about strength, solid technique, and long-term results.
Whether you’re working one-on-one with us, joining a group session, or learning something new in a workshop, our goal is to help you build real strength, move well, and feel confident in your training.
We welcome all fitness levels, and our sessions are designed to fit into your life — most are just 30 minutes, but still pack a punch. You’ll walk away with better skills, more energy, and a clear path forward.

At PT hub, we’re here to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in your body. Our personal training sessions are tailored to you — your goals, your fitness level, and what you need most.
You’ll be working with Pavel and Tania, two experienced and passionate coaches who live and breathe strength training. Both are StrongFirst certified and focused on helping you build real, lasting results through safe and effective methods.
Each session is practical and down-to-earth. We’ll teach you solid technique, help you develop skills you can use in group classes or on your own, and make sure you leave feeling accomplished, capable, and supported.

Dynamic Strength
A well-rounded class that seamlessly combines strength training, mobility work, and conditioning to create a balanced and functional fitness experience. This class focuses not only on building strength but also on enhancing joint flexibility, range of motion, and overall body control.
Mondays, Wednesdays 7 am and 5 pm
Fridays 7 am
Saturdays 8:30 am
PT hub’s Group Training sessions offer a dynamic and engaging environment for individuals to exercise together under the guidance of experienced trainers. These sessions foster a sense of community while promoting motivation and accountability among participants.
Please note that for the most of the people it will be necessary to take some Personal Training sessions to learn the proper form of fundamental exercises before joining group classes.

Skill Based Workshops

We offer specialized classes on various StrongFirst techniques, like kettlebell training, barbell mastery, and the philosophy of simplicity in strength training. Perfect if you’d like to start training with kettlebells or anyone wanting to train smarter. We’ll cover the swing, get-up, safety, goblet squat and StrongFirst principles.
July 20 - Kettlebell 201: The Rite of Passage
Advance your hardstyle skills with kettlebell cleans, presses, and snatches. Prior experience with the basics recommended.
