Each session is designed to be practical and effective, teaching you essential skills for group classes so you feel confident, prepared, and capable of performing exercises with proper technique.

Personal Training

Dynamic strength

A well-rounded class that seamlessly combines strength training, mobility work, and conditioning to create a balanced and functional fitness experience. This class focuses not only on building strength but also on enhancing joint flexibility, range of motion, and overall body control.

Mondays, Wednesdays 7 am and 5 pm

Fridays 7 am

Saturdays 8:30 am

PT Hub’s Group Training sessions offer a dynamic and engaging environment for individuals to exercise together under the guidance of experienced trainers. These sessions foster a sense of community while promoting motivation and accountability among participants.

Please note that for the most of the people it will be necessary to take some Personal Training sessions to learn the proper form of fundamental exercises before joining group classes.

Kettlebell power

Power-focused class that harnesses the unique versatility of kettlebells to build raw strength, power, and endurance. Through dynamic movements such as swings, squats, cleans, presses and get-ups this class emphasizes full-body engagement, promoting functional strength, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness.
