What's included
4 weeks (2 sessions/week)
Two progressive blocks (Foundations → Strength & Power)

By the end, you’ll have
A clear next step (Group, Semi-Private, or Personal Training)
Better hinge/squat/push/pull mechanics
Confidence with key kettlebell patterns (swing + get-up progressions)
BLOCK 1 — Strong Foundations
Learn to move, brace, and build strength safely.
Focus: breathing + bracing, tension/relaxation, hinge/squat/push/pull patterns, carries, and core.
Outcome: you move better, feel stronger in the basics, and are ready to progress.
BLOCK 2 — Strength & Power
Turn good technique into stronger, more athletic training.
Focus: swings/get-ups progressions, controlled strength work, and introducing power without losing form.
Outcome: you can train with intent, not guesswork—and transition smoothly into regular training.
After Strong Start, we’ll recommend the best next step: Group, Semi-Private, or 1:1—based on your goals and movement.
Train together
Small Group Strength Training in North Melbourne
Group schedule: Mon / Wed / Fri — 7:00am
Group training sessions are coach-led small group classes focused on building strength, movement quality, and consistency over time.
At present, these run as 30-minute sessions with up to 6 people, allowing for close coaching, individual cues, and a calm training environment.
Sessions follow a progressive plan rather than random workouts, so you’re always building on what you’ve already learned — not starting from scratch each time.
Who Group Training is for
People who want to train consistently in a motivating group environment, with coaching and structure built in.
How Group Training feels
Energetic but focused. You train alongside others, follow a clear session plan, and stay accountable — without being rushed or pushed beyond your level.
How Group Training progresses
You build strength over time through regular classes, gradually increasing skill, confidence, and capacity while staying connected to the group.
Train with guidance
Semi-Private Strength Coaching (2–3 People)
Semi-private training sits between group training and personal training.
You train alongside a small number of others, but with more individual direction, personalized progressions, and flexibility built into each session. It’s ideal for people who want structure and accountability, but also need their training to adapt to them — not the other way around.
Who Semi-Private Training is for
Those who want more individual attention than group training, but enjoy training alongside others.
How Semi-Private Training feels
Supportive and personal. You share the space, but your exercises, loads, and progressions are tailored to you.
Progression in Semi-Private Training
Your training evolves based on your goals and ability, with ongoing adjustments and clear next steps — without the pressure of full one-on-one sessions.
Train with focus
1:1 for Strength & Movement
At PT hub, training is built on the StrongFirst principles of strength, skill, and simplicity.
Personal training is one-to-one coaching, fully built around you. Every session focuses on developing proper technique, tension, and control through kettlebell, bodyweight, and barbell practice.
Sessions are highly structured and progressive, with no shared programming and no compromises. This format allows for the deepest level of coaching, precision, and adaptability, and often works best after the Strong Start Program.
Who Personal Training is for
Anyone wanting a fully personalized approach, specific outcomes, or structured progression.
How Personal Training feels
Calm, intentional, and highly focused. Every session is designed around you, with close attention to technique, recovery, and long-term development.
Progression in Personal Training
You follow a clear training pathway, building strength and skill step by step, with measurable progress and guidance at every stage.
