Strong Start is a small-group introduction to kettlebell and functional strength training, designed for people who want to learn the basics before moving into regular training.Over 28 days, you’ll be guided through a structured progression that focuses on correct technique, movement quality, and building confidence — not rushing or pushing limits.

Learn how to move, breathe, and build strength safely
This block focuses on the fundamentals that make all strength training work.

Hip hinge, squat, push and pull movement patterns
Foundational strength exercises

Apply the fundamentals and start training with intent
In Block 2, we build on the foundations and introduce more dynamic strength work.
You’ll learn the difference between controlled strength and explosive power, and how to use each one effectively. This is where training starts to feel more “athletic” — while still staying technical and coached.
You’ll work on:
Introduction to kettlebell specific exercises, like swings and get-ups
Strength exercises performed with better control and precision
Understanding the difference between slow strength and fast strength
Progressions in bodyweight and kettlebell training

At present, these run as 30-minute sessions with up to 6 people, allowing for close coaching, individual cues, and a calm training environment.
Sessions follow a progressive plan rather than random workouts, so you’re always building on what you’ve already learned — not starting from scratch each time.
Average price - $38 / sessionAs the program evolves, these classes will expand into 45-minute sessions with a maximum of 12 people, while maintaining clear structure and coaching presence.
