At PT hub, we help everyday people get stronger, feel better, and live healthier through personalized training in a friendly environment. We focus on technique, controlled progression, and recovery to safely build strength and improve mobility.Using kettlebells, bodyweight, and barbells, our training follows StrongFirst principles, emphasizing strength as a skill and mastering fundamental movements for lasting results.

Personal training
At PT hub, we’re here to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in your body. Our personal training sessions are tailored to you — your goals, your fitness level, and what you need most.
You’ll be working with Pavel and Tania, two experienced and passionate coaches who live and breathe strength training. Both are StrongFirst certified and focused on helping you build real, lasting results through safe and effective methods.
Each session is practical and down-to-earth. We’ll teach you solid technique, help you develop skills you can use in group classes or on your own, and make sure you leave feeling accomplished, capable, and supported.


Small group classes
Our group sessions are fun, motivating, and capped at just 6 people, so you get plenty of personal attention while training with others. Led by experienced coaches, these classes help you build strength, stay consistent, and feel part of a supportive community.We recommend starting with a free consultation, where we’ll chat about your goals, look at how you move, and see if you’re ready to jump into a group class. If needed, we can also suggest a few personal training sessions first to help you build confidence and learn the basics, so you feel safe and prepared before joining in.
Dynamic strength
A well-rounded class that seamlessly combines strength training, mobility work, and conditioning to create a balanced and functional fitness experience.
Our Dynamic Strength program runs in 8-week blocks, each focusing on different movements with specific goals you can track and measure by the end of the block.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 7 am
Saturdays 8:30 am
Midday reset
Take a break in the middle of your day to reset your body and mind. This class combines mobility drills, functional strength exercises, and conditioning to help you move better, improve energy levels, and shake off stiffness from sitting or daily stress.
Each session is designed to be efficient and effective — challenging enough to build strength and endurance, but adaptable so you leave feeling refreshed but not drained.

Iron Core - Coming soon
End your day with a powerful session designed to build strength, stability, and confidence. This class blends kettlebell and barbell training with bodyweight and core-focused movements to develop full-body power and resilience. Expect a mix of compound lifts, controlled progressions, and functional core work that improves posture, protects your back, and boosts overall performance.

Dive deeper into the art and science of strength with our Workshops at PT hub. These educational sessions are perfect for those passionate about understanding the 'why' behind their workouts.
