At PT Hub North Melbourne, we’re more than a gym — we’re a supportive strength-focused studio where people of all fitness levels come to get stronger, healthier, and more confident.We specialise in kettlebell and strength training, offering both private sessions and small group classes. Whether you’re new to training or already experienced, our coaches tailor every session to your goals, movement ability, and progress.Our private, welcoming studio operates Monday to Sunday by appointment, giving you the freedom to train on your schedule. Personal training

At PT Hub, training is built on the StrongFirst principles of strength, skill, and simplicity. Every session focuses on developing proper technique, tension, and control through kettlebell, bodyweight, and barbell practice. The goal is not just to work out, but to build lasting strength, resilience, and confidence that carry over into everyday life. Whether you’re refining your movement, building power, or preparing for a StrongFirst certification, each program is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.

One on one training

Get personalized coaching focused on your goals, abilities, and schedule.

  • Starting from $75 / 30-min session (when purchased in a pack)

Semi-private training

With 2–3 people, each session is built around a shared focus, with exercises and intensity adjusted to suit every participant’s ability and goals.

  • Individual coaching in a small, focused group

  • Perfect for friends, partners, or colleagues who want to train together

  • Flexible scheduling and package options available

Small group classes

Our group sessions are all 30 minute long. They are fun, motivating, and capped at just 6 people, so you get plenty of personal attention while training with others. Led by experienced coaches, these classes help you build strength, stay consistent, and feel part of a supportive community.We recommend starting with a free consultation, where we’ll chat about your goals, look at how you move, and see if you’re ready to jump into a group class. If needed, we can also suggest a few personal training sessions first to help you build confidence and learn the basics, so you feel safe and prepared before joining in.

Dynamic strength

A well-rounded class that seamlessly combines strength training, mobility work, and conditioning to create a balanced and functional fitness experience.
Our Dynamic Strength program runs in 8-week blocks, each focusing on different movements with specific goals you can track and measure by the end of the block.

Midday reset

Take a break in the middle of your day to reset your body and mind. This class combines mobility drills, functional strength exercises, and conditioning to help you move better, improve energy levels, and shake off stiffness from sitting or daily stress.
Each session is designed to be efficient and effective — challenging enough to build strength and endurance, but adaptable so you leave feeling refreshed but not drained.

Iron Core - Coming soon

End your day with a powerful session designed to build strength, stability, and confidence. This class blends kettlebell and barbell training with bodyweight and core-focused movements to develop full-body power and resilience. Expect a mix of compound lifts, controlled progressions, and functional core work that improves posture, protects your back, and boosts overall performance.
