Can I start training at PT Hub without joining this program?
Yes. Regular Group Class memberships are one of the ways to train at PT Hub, but they’re not the only option. Small Group Classes, personal training, and semi-private training remain available depending on your goals and availability.
How long is each session?
Each session runs for 45 minutes, including a structured warm-up, main training blocks, and appropriate recovery.
What if I miss a session?
If you’re unable to attend a session, you can catch up when that session is covered again in approximately two weeks, provided sufficient notice is given. This helps keep training consistent while allowing for some flexibility.
What is the schedule for this program?
Session times are scheduled weekly and may vary based on availability. We aim to offer multiple time options to suit different schedules, with final timetables confirmed in advance.

Do I need prior training experience?
No. Sessions are coached and exercises are scaled as needed. That said, these classes are best suited to people who are comfortable training in a group environment and ready to follow structured programming.
How many people are in each class?
Classes are capped at 10 people to maintain a high standard of coaching while benefiting from the group training environment.
Is this a casual drop-in program?
No. This is a membership-based program designed for consistency and progression over time, rather than casual attendance.
What equipment is used?
Training primarily uses kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and simple conditioning tools—focusing on strength, movement quality, and real-world carryover.
